The FocusApps identity

One studio.
Many personalities.

A shared visual identity for a diverse collection of projects, each with its own character.

The idea

FocusApps is the thread connecting a diverse collection of apps, games and experiments. The studio identity should feel clear and considered, while the work provides the colour, imagery and personality. The homepage leads with the projects; the story supports them.

Colour

Deep marine blue gives the studio its foundation. Warm stone and ivory soften the page. A clear blue accent connects the direction to the existing FocusApps identity.

Type and voice

Use DM Sans, a clear sans-serif family with generous spacing, large confident headings and readable body copy. Write like the person who made the thing: direct, curious and specific. Keep labels useful, not ornamental. Avoid decorative dots, numbered overlines and tiny technical captions.

Project cards

Every project shares the same border, corner radius, spacing, typography and hover treatment. Use a larger featured card when the image or story deserves space; the underlying card rules stay the same. Show screenshots in full, while photographic or cinematic imagery can be cropped intentionally. Status labels distinguish available work, upcoming releases and projects.

How it extends

FocusApps navigation, typography, colour and spacing can carry across studio-level pages such as the blog and contact. Project pages such as Inkglobe and HomeDeck keep their own colours, imagery and character. A shared wordmark and a clear way back to FocusApps provide the connection.

On small screens, the grid becomes a single column, artwork keeps its proportions, and text wraps naturally. Links remain usable with a keyboard and reduced-motion preferences are respected.
